Latest News and Updates Martin Small's book now available
Martin Small and author Vic Shayne teamed up to write the complete story of Martin's life. "Remember Us" is a first-person account of Jewish life in Eastern Europe before World War II, a testimony to the brutality of the Holocaust, and ultimately, a tribute to those who could never share their stories with the world. "Remember Us" has received acclaim from Nobel Peace Prize winner Elie Wiesel, actor and activist Ed Asner and Regis University Holocaust Studies Professor Victoria McCabe. Dr. Dan Clayton Speaks At Broomfield Veterans Day Commemorations The Broomfield Veterans Memorial Museum held it's 5th annual Veterans Day celebration at the Broomfield Civic Auditorium, and Dr. Dan Clayton was the keynote speaker. He addressed the audience about the work he has undertaken with the Center to preserve the memories of war veterans, especially the World War II generation. Dr. Clayton also moderated a discussion concluding The Broomfield Public Library Foundation's One Book One Broomfield event, which selected Tom Brokaw's "The Greatest Generation" as the book Broomfield residents were to read and reflect on. Among the panelists at that discussion were John Atkinson, Bob Ball, Paul Murphy, Bob Seeber and Joe Weinmeier, all previous presenters during the Stories From Wartime series.
